Tri-Ply will oversee your project in two phases:
Pre-Construction: Using a collaborative approach with team members, Tri-Ply will establish achievable goals for meeting design, estimate and construction deadlines. Tri-Ply will also work closely with design professionals to maximize value through its expertise in construction methods, phasing and value engineering. Tri-Ply will continually update and refine cost estimates obtaining input from subcontractor and suppliers.
Construction: Tri-Ply will oversee construction through all phases, ensuring a solution oriented approach throughout the entirety of your project. Your facility will be completed on time and within budget. We achieve successful projects through careful planning and coordination. A successful outcome to the project requires clear and open communication among all members, and is a cornerstone of the Tri-Ply approach to project management. Our expectation is that all team members including the Tri-Ply team, subcontractors and other stakeholders, will embrace our collective teamwork approach to project delivery. Weekly meetings of all team members including architects, owner representatives, subcontractors and other stake holders will be coordinated by the Tri-Ply team to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner, so as to keep the project on track and on budget. Detailed schedules are discussed at each meeting to ensure the project stays on track. Tri-Ply Construction’s team will coordinate all phases of the project and ensure success of the project including design, budgeting, scheduling, construction and project close out. Tri-Ply Construction utilizes Sage Timberline Estimating and Project Management software and Microsoft Project Scheduling software to facilitate efficient and timely project information and management.
