Company Story
Tri-Ply Construction is a Yakima based firm founded in 1977 to serve the commercial building needs of Central Washington, and is committed to loyal and lasting relationships with our customers. Tri-Ply has continued to grow and prosper for over 40 years and employs a competent and caring staff that is dedicated to our customers and our community.
Tri-Ply Construction has extensive commercial experience that includes but is not limited to the construction of pre-cast tilt-up buildings, structural steel buildings, wood frame, and masonry structures.
We obtain many of our jobs by participating in the competitive bidding process, as well as by negotiating directly with prospective customers. Extensive use of the design build concept is utilized, ensuring that each customer receives precisely the structure and direction needed for their specific situation. This relationship-based approach has been one of the keys to our continued growth and strong customer relationships.

As a design builder, Tri-Ply excels at working with owners, architects, and other professionals during the design phase by modeling, estimating costs, making recommendations and providing value engineering before plans are finalized. This is key to complete projects in the most cost effective manner possible and we can facilitate a solution oriented team approach through out the entire project.
Tri-Ply Construction’s team will provide budget estimates throughout all phases of design with appropriate and realistic contingencies based on our experience with other projects.
As the design becomes more complete and details are specified, our estimates will continue to be honed and we will oversee the process, keeping budgetary concerns monitored and addressed.
