Tri-Ply Construction is a Yakima based firm founded in 1977 to serve the commercial building needs of Central Washington.

We obtain many of our jobs by participating in the competitive bidding process, as well as by negotiating directly with prospective clients.

We have extensive experience in the construction of pre-cast tilt-up buildings, pre-engineered steel buildings, structural steel buildings, wood frame and masonry structures. We are a local authorized builder for Varco-Pruden and Garco steel buildings. Tri-Ply Construction also has comprehensive experience with remodels, renovations and tenant improvements.
